- Jeff began his career as a Building Inspector with Waitakere Council in 1996 before transitioning to Auckland Council, where he built an extensive and distinguished career.
- In the decade leading up to 2026, he managed the Building Inspection, Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), Certificate of Acceptance (COA) and Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) teams. He has also previously managed Consent Processing teams and served as Auckland Council’s Technical Training and Competency Manager. His skills and expertise enable him to work across both residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on quality assurance, professional guidance, building code interpretation and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
